You will receive all travel documents for your stay at PURESLeben a few days before your arrival to ensure a smooth process.
Minimum length of stay
We have a Minimum stay of 4 days / 3 nights. Exceptions may occur in the case of gaps in the schedule.

Final cleaning included, Interim cleaning after 7 nights included.
Additional cleanings are possible at any time (EUR 35,– per cleaning).

The right of withdrawal pursuant to Section 18 Paragraph 1 Item 10 FAGG does not apply; instead, the following apply: General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry.
If you cancel your booked holiday with PURESLeben, we will do our best to re-let your house. If we are unable to find another tenant, the following cancellation policy applies, which is also defined in the Austrian Hotel Contract Terms and Conditions: For cancellations up to one month before your arrival, we charge 401, 3,000 of the total price; up to one week before arrival, 701, 3,000 of the total price; and for cancellations in the last week before your arrival, 901, 3,000 of the price. If you cancel on the day of arrival, we must charge you the full amount. With travel cancellation insurance, your cancellation costs will be reimbursed, allowing you to conveniently book PURESLeben at another time.
