Centuries ago, cooking over an open fire was a symbol of community and authenticity. The (P)UR firebox builds upon this tradition.

Using high-quality ingredients and inspired by nature, this primal feeling is rekindled. The firebox combines ancient preparation methods with the finest ingredients of today – for a taste experience that is deeply rooted yet timeless.

The new fireboxes are located in each of the holiday homes and we supply you with the ingredients for dishes such as beef Wellington, salmon trout in herb and salt crust or a classic tomahawk steak.

Styrian winegrower's snack

A classic that simply belongs to a visit to southern Styria: the winemaker's snack.

We deliver our own smoked ham, cheese, seasonal vegetables from local farms, and fine spreads directly to your door. Dessert comes in a jar.

For those who enjoy cooking on vacation but don't want to sacrifice comfort, our barbecue offer is just the thing. Whether it's juicy meat or fresh vegetables – with high-quality, regional ingredients, grilling on your own terrace becomes a culinary experience.

A charcoal grill is provided in the holiday home. Wood and charcoal are supplied, and we will deliver the barbecue package to your door. This includes a selection of locally sourced meats, seasonal vegetables, sauces, bread, and potatoes. A dessert in a glass is also included.

This way you can enjoy relaxed evenings with good food and a magnificent view – entirely at your own pace.

A selection of shelf-stable foods and drinks such as jams, water, coffee, wine, pumpkin seed oil, and snacks can be found in the cellar of your holiday home. We are happy to deliver fresh groceries, fruits, and vegetables upon request.
